TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CDB Airport Cars
1. About Us
CDB Airport Cars is a private hire taxi service operating within the United Kingdom as a sole trader business. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or agreed communication method.
2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details at the time of booking, including:
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Flight details (where applicable)
• Number of passengers
• Luggage requirements
2.3 Any additional stops or changes must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are agreed at the time of booking unless amended due to changes requested by the customer.
3.2 We accept payment:
• In advance by bank transfer
• On the day of travel
• By cash or card
3.3 No deposits are required unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to the full fare charge.

5. Waiting Time & Flight Monitoring
5.1 For airport pickups, we monitor all flights for delays to ensure timely collection.
5.2 A 60-minute grace period is included from the actual flight landing time.
5.3 After this period, waiting time will be charged at £15 per 30 minutes (or part thereof).

6. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
6.1 While we take every reasonable step to ensure punctuality, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Road traffic accidents
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Unexpected traffic congestion
6.2 Customers are advised to allow sufficient travel time, particularly when travelling to airports.

7. Passenger Responsibilities
7.1 All passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner during the journey.
7.2 Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.
7.3 No food or drink may be consumed within our vehicles.
7.4 Should a passenger soil or deface a vehicle, an additional charge of £150 will be applied & will be payable immediately.

8. Child Safety
8.1 Children under the age of 12, or those who do not meet the legal height requirements, must use an appropriate child seat or booster seat.
8.2 We can provide child seats free of charge upon request at the time of booking.

9. Additional Passengers & Luggage
9.1 The number of passengers and amount of luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
9.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is not suitable due to undisclosed passengers or excess luggage.

10. No-Shows
10.1 A booking will be considered a “no-show” if:
• The customer fails to arrive within the included waiting time
• The customer cannot be contacted
10.2 No-shows may be charged the full fare.

11. Liability
11.1 We aim to provide a reliable and professional service at all times.
11.2 However, we shall not be held liable for:
• Missed flights or appointments
• Losses caused by delays outside our control
